Professional AZ Moving Services Are A Must

By Andy Anderson

Want to know how Arizona piano and Phoenix pool table movers can give you great rates for moving? With just a little planning, you can have a terrific move at a terrific price. All that is required is the ability for you to schedule your move at a time when the moving industry is not hectic.

The moving industry is very seasonal. Whenever possible, you should avoid moving when everybody else does. If you can plan your move away from the busy season, you will most likely have a great move and have better rates as well. The moving companies don't have as much business during the winter because 90% of families move during school vacation. During the winter, the schedule boards are empty and movers become very competitive. Get the idea?

Also, if you can choose a day to move that doesn't fall near the first of the month or near the last day of the month, even better! Days near the end of the month are popular because leases end and begin. Try to avoid these busy days.

For even better planning, avoid moving on the weekend! Saturday is the most popular moving day of the week and when you combine the dangerous combination of choosing all three of the black out days, you may be doomed. Don't ever move on a day similar to Saturday July 1st! Always avoid these dates when possible. Try to choose a day when the moving companies are not bursting with extra activity. If you do need to move during these dates, book far in advance!

If you make the mistake of planning your move on or near one of these dates and you forget to reserve a moving company, think twice before you decide to rent a truck and move things yourself. You won't find any rental trucks available. Every truck will already be rented to the movers themselves who need extra trucks. You will not find any available rentals during the heavy summer moving months.

The moving companies don't have much to do in the winter. They can better dedicate themselves to your move. They can even offer you a better rate because they are delighted to serve you during the slow time. They enjoy the opportunity to have work to offer to their employees. In essence, you contribute to the economy by planning a winter move.

There will be less opportunity for mishaps during the slower months. Schedules won't be so tight; there will less likely be shortages of movers and trucks or supplies. Fewer mistakes are made when business can resume at normal pace. So if you can, plan your next move right. - 30451
